During the challenge you’ll be exercising 4 times a week, following a specific fitness plan. CHOOSE FROM;

  • Postpartum plan- Focusing on recovery and building strength from the inside out

  • Pregnancy plan - Focusing on maintenance of fitness and preparing for birth

  • Strength plan - Building strength and creating lean muscles

  • Cardio plan - Increasing cardio strength with a real focus on increasing incidental movement

How do I get involved in the challenge?

FAQs

  • Yes! All the workouts are saved inside the community and you can go back and do them anytime that works for you. 

  • No! One of our biggest goals is to make exercise accessible for all women. In our She Lifts class we use weights but if you don’t have any just grab cans from the kitchen!

  • You’ll be doing a combinations for body weight sessions, yoga and walking! This challenge is about getting your base level of fitness in place.

  • Yes! Our workouts are time based meaning you can go as fast or slow as you want! You can even take breaks if you need to. In terms of exercises - our trainers always give loads of different options making workouts achievable for everyone!

  • Yes! We have a specific plan for you! Please make sure you stick to it. Please just make sure you have medical clearance to exercise are at least 6 weeks post birth. If you can we also advise seeing a women’s health physio for a post birth WOF.

  • Yes! We have a specific plan for you if you are pregnant! As long as you have medical clearance to exercise we would love to have you join the challenge!

  • Yes yes yes!

  • Yes absolutely! Our team of highly experienced trainers are here to support you, please ask us as many question as you like! All the trainers provide really clear prompts on form, modifications of exercises and heaps of motivation to get you through the workouts! It’s like having a PT in your living room.
