Renee Norman – Founder & Trainer

In her first year of motherhood, Renee was faced with a colicky baby and a battle with postnatal anxiety. Exercise was her refuge, and she is passionate about helping other struggling mums feel better through movement. Ren is a qualified Health Coach and Personal Trainer specialising in pre and postpartum fitness.

Jenna Smith – Founder & Trainer

Jenna believes that wellness starts with taking a little time for yourself – an investment which flows on to everyone around you. This ripple effect drives her, and after being involved in sport and exercise her whole life, it is a passion she loves to share. Jen is a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in pre and postpartum fitness.

Julia Edward – Head Trainer

As a former high performance athlete, 2x Olympian and 2x World Champion in rowing, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to She Moves. Julia is passionate about helping all women find time for exercise. Julia is a qualified Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor she has completed her Pelvic Floor For Fitness Professionals, is Safe Return to Exercise certified and Pregnancy Exercise Certified.

Nicole Harris - Mobility, Low Impact Trainer & 1-1 Consultant

Nicole is a mum of two and is super passionate about health and fitness! Nicole has a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago, Certificate in Fitness from Toi Ohomai Institute, is Safe Return to Exercise Certified and Qualified in prenatal exercise. Nicole takes two live classes per week and is available to work with clients one on one with virtual training and personalised programming.

Emma Cookman - HIIT Trainer

Emma is our energiser bunny. Emma grew up in England and has had a love for exercise and movement her entire life. Emma has studied and gained her Level 3 and 4 certificate in exercise and has recently completed her Safe Return to Exercise certification to up skill in the pre & postpartum space. Having struggled with depression and anxiety for a couple of years, she truly believes that moving her body was key to getting her through a particularly difficult stage in her life. She brings oodles of energy and personality into her workouts.

Emma Carpenter – Barre & Power Yoga Trainer

Emma began teaching fitness in America back in 2018. She completed her 200hr Hot Yoga certification with CorePower in Minneapolis and then went on to become a certified Barre instructor. Emma joined the She Moves team in 2022 bringing a huge amount of energy and passion to her role and has enjoyed learning more about pre and postpartum fitness! Emma has recently completed her postpartum pelvic floor certification.

Sophie Flannery – Yoga & Low Impact Trainer

As a mum, qualified yoga teacher, personal trainer, former Olympian and 2x World Champion in Rowing, Sophie takes a holistic approach when it comes to supporting women on their health and fitness journey. She has qualifications in nutrition and has a passion for creating family-friendly recipes.

Sophie is taking on 1:1 virtual clients and writing personalised programmes.  

Aliesha Kumeroa

Aleisha is a highly motivated and energetic trainer who holds a Bachelor of Sport and Leisure studies. She has qualifications in Barre, Pilates and is certified in pre and postnatal training. You'll see Aleisha from time to time as she pops into the community as our amazing relief trainer!

Jessica Giljam-Brown – Nutritionist

Jessica Giljam-Brown is a well-known holistic nutritionist, author, speaker and the founder of Wellness by Jessica. Focusing on more than just food intake, Jessica helps people find practical solutions to support their health that are achievable and enjoyable. Jessica has a special interest in female hormones, endometriosis, fertility, and helping women better understand their bodies. Over the years Jessica has provided amazing on demand nutritional content for She Moves members.
