The first of April is nearly here and we’ve designed an epic challenge exclusively for our beautiful members! This page has all the info and steps you need to take to ensure you have everything sorted to hit the ground running on the 1st of April.

How to get involved Take Action April

STEP ONE: SELECT & DOWNLOAD YOUR TRACKER

Tracker information:

  • Please select just one tracker.

  • If you are pregnant please select the pregnancy tracker.

  • If you are postpartum and ready to return to exercise please select the postpartum tracker.

  • If you need to work on your core strength, pelvic floor function and have been doing very little fitness - please select the postpartum tracker.

  • If you are wanting to work on your ‘General Fitness’ then you have 2 options to choose from; Cardio or Strength tracker;

    • Our Strength tracker is more focused on building strength and lean muscle mass

    • Our cardio tracker has a focus on increasing your heart rate and gaining the cardio-respiratory benefits of exercise! 

STEP TWO: JOIN US FOR OUR PRE-CHALLENGE WORKSHOP

When: 31st March 7.30pm

Where: Inside the She Moves Community

This workshop will cover everything you need for the Challenge! We will be planning our trackers, giving tips, tricks and LOADS of motivation for the month ahead!

Note: If for some reason this time doesn’t suit you, it will be available on demand!

STEP THREE: DON’T QUIT & BE IN TO WIN!
