Not interested in a physio referral but really want some guidance and support? Whilst we advocate for seeing a physio we know it’s sometimes not accessible. In this case we will give you the best support we can to help you keep moving safely during your pregnancy!

    ● We’ll teach you important information about how to minimise abdominal separation

    ● We’ll teach you how to do pelvic floor exercise and how to activate your deep core safely

  • ● You’ll receive 6 week individualised plan with specific exercise and workout recommendations

    ● You’ll also receive nourishment and lifestyle recommendations to help you thrive during your pregnancy

  • ● Receive regular check ins during the 6 week plan to keep you on track and trouble shot any problems that might arise


Pregnancy Premium Plan – $397

The ultimate pregnancy package we wish we had when we were first time mums! Get to know exactly what’s going on with your body and package a high quality team around you to prepare you for a comfortable pregnancy, empowered birth and postpartum recovery.

    ● We provide you with a checklist on what to ask your physio at your appointment so you get the most out of your session

  • ● We will go back and ask physio any questions where required to get the best picture of where you are at

    ● Teach TVA breathing, breath control while exercising

    ● Teach correct form on most common exercises

    ● Teach modifications, progressions and regressions on certain exercises

Return Consultation – $97

Are you on one of our plans and need a little extra help or just a check in? Our return consultation gives you up to 40 minutes of one-on-one time with your trainer. Together we’ll reevaluate where you’re at, assess your progress and make changes in your plan where needed & continue to guide you in moving forward.
