Sport Specific plan – $247

Training for an event? Want to get fitter, faster and stronger for your chosen sport? With experience in training teams and individuals - We got you!

  • ● We’ll design a suitable plan depending on your goal to get you crossing that finish line or getting better results!

Return Consultation – $97

Are you on one of our plans and need a little extra help or just a check in? Our return consultation gives you up to 40 minutes of one-on-one time with your trainer.

It’s part of an ongoing process of reevaluating and providing underlying support to guide you through your path to optimal fitness and wellness.

During your consultation we will assess your progress and make changes in your plan where needed, review & continue to guide you in moving forward.
