She Moves Pregnancy Programme

Keeping active during pregnancy can be overwhelming. Ren and Jen invite you to join them on their pregnancy journey as they provide you with exercise, nutrition advice and so much more. Workouts are gentle and low impact, designed to help you to build strength, ease aches, and get strong for birth and postpartum recovery.  Nutrition advice is easy to understand and implement into everyday life.

Designed to help women maintain light exercise throughout pregnancy

This programme is designed to help you stay fit and nourished throughout your pregnancy, ensuring you maintain tone and abdominal/pelvic floor strength for postnatal recovery. This program improves or maintains physical fitness, helps with weight management, and enhances mental and physical well-being. This programme is suitable for all levels, so even if you haven’t been exercising before pregnancy it is not too late to start. This programme is research based, safe, gentle and effective.

Content from experts in pelvic health and nutrition

We speak with women’s health physio Wendy Brown, from Positively You, about pelvic floors, prolapse, abdominal separation and healing after birth. We also speak with Jessica Giljam Brown, from Wellness by Jessica, about postnatal depletion and nutrition for postpartum mums.

Real talk

Renee and Jenna have two children each, and both faced unique challenges during their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. They hope that by opening up and speaking about their own highs and lows, and their return to exercise, they can help other women understand and navigate their own pregnancy and postpartum experience.
